In order to get all the treatments you want at the time that suits you best, we recommend booking them well in advance of your arrival either by calling, emailing or through online appointment booking system. We do our best to fulfill even last minute wishes.

Kakola’s Grasp -facial
This experience surpasses ordinary facials. In the treatment, a mechanical herbal massage treatment calms the mind while relaxing and gently exfoliating the skin of the face. The warm steam opens the skin pores, which enables the absorption of the active substances into the deepest layers of the skin. At the same time, by refreshing the skin’s surface blood circulation, this treatment helps with sleep problems, muscle stiffness, impurities, stress and headaches, among other things.
We do not recommend the treatment for sensitive, atopic, inflamed or couperosa skin.

Couple therapy in a seashell, implemented as an experiential self-treatment, is based on several simultaneously stimulating effects: gentle rocking movement, soft sliding and fragrant skin care products. The movement of the treatment bed makes you relax, while the high-quality treatment product pampers your skin. You can feel the soft, heated treatment platform and breathe in the scent of luxurious care products together with your partner.
During couples therapy, your gentle touch releases oxytocin, which deepens trust and a sense of closeness. During the treatment, soft moist steam spreads in the treatment room, you will also experience the changing of the lights while peaceful music plays in the background. The treatment ends with tropical rain. The automatic clam bed accounts for 30 minutes of the treatment time, and you have a total of 50 minutes reserved for staying in the treatment room. You choose the treatment product yourself when making a reservation.
We recommend wearing a swimsuit. Please note that the treatment ends with a final tropical shower, where you get completely wet.

Rasul Ceremony in the Chapel

The Rasul Ceremony is an experience. The oriental Rasul steam sauna is closely related to the Turkish hammam and continues the idea of relaxing, almost ceremonial beauty treatment. In the chapel you can choose the ceremony you like from two options. The Rasul Ceremony is performed as self-treatment. In the steam sauna Chapel, the temperature is about 45 °C, and the relative humidity is 30–100 %.

TREATMENTS
- In order to be able to serve you the best possible way, please fill out a pre-treatment form when you arrive at the spa for the first time. Please inform us if you have any medical conditions, medications or other factors that may affect your treatment. Also, let us know if you are pregnant or have recently had a surgery.
- To ensure that your treatment starts on time, please arrive for your treatment 5 minutes before the scheduled time. If you are running late, we cannot guaranteee the full duration of the service. If you know you will be late, please inform our customer service so that our staff can prepare accordingly.
- For full-body treatments such as massages and body treatments, you should undress to your underwear. If you prefer, you can request disposable underwear from the reception desk. During the treatment, the therapist or aesthetician will cover your body with a towel or cloth and exposes only the area being treated.
- We encourage you to communicate if anything feels uncomfortable during the treatment or if you want spesific areas to be focused on more. The intensity of the treatment can always be adjusted to meet your needs. At the beginning of the treatment, the therapist will inquire about treatment-related matters but will then allow you to relax and enjoy the treatment. You can initiate a conversation or express your preferences about the course of the treatment at any time. We are happy to answer any questions.
- Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment must me done at the latest 24 hours before the scheduled treatment. For rescheduling or cancelations made within 24 hours, a 100% charge of the reserved service price applies. If you fall ill within 24 hours of the treatment, you can reschedule the appointment to another time free of charge.
- The therapist has the right to refuse service to a customer who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for pre-booked and pre-paid treatments.
Booking and payment
Our treatment times are usually booked, so we recommend making a treatment reservation in advance.
Unfortunately, the price of the treatments does not include spa entry. In connection with the treatment, you can buy admission at an advance price of 25 €, subject to availability.
With Smartum, you can pay for your own standard-priced massage. Unfortunately, other spa treatments cannot be paid with vouchers. You cannot pay for gift cards with incentive vouchers.
Treatments
Since fragrances are a big part of our treatments, there are currently no fragrance-free options in our selection.
Depending on your condition, all our treatments are suitable for pregnant women.
Self-care in a shell is our only couple treatment option. Unfortunately, we do not have for example, two-person massage rooms.
